Pups are almost 3 weeks old now . I came down this morning and said 'Hello doggies!' and they all woke up and started chattering and moving in all directions - how fab! They really are becoming little grown ups - can sit up like an adult dog, but in fact they are still only awake for a very short time - only to feed, and then they collapse in a heap again, tummies completely full. This is only a temporary calmness until the next lot of attention is needed, usually within the next 2 hours, so Poppy has to work hard, it's all supply and demand, and I can tell you, those puppies are demanding enough! We have to make sure that Caesar, Cleopatra and Lady Jane get their fill, as their brothers and sisters are very clever at being the first in line.
